Solution: On level 80 of 100 Floors you need to light the torches in a specific order, followed by touching the large round stone in the center of the floor.

The order is the set of numbers over the door which are written backward in 4 sets, delineated by a period.

The first set is 1, 3, 2, so tap the torch in your inventory to equip yourself with it, then tap the torch on the far right (1), move to the third one over from the right (3), and then the second one over from the right.

Tap the big stone.

Now tap the fifth torch from the right, followed by the fourth torch.

Tap the big stone.

Tap the big stone again for the "0".

Finally, tap the fifth torch, then the third torch, and finally the big stone; you've broken the combination, and the door will slide open.
