Solution: Level 76 of 100 Floors is basically a slide puzzle like you may have had as a child; they typically had little tiles numbered 1 to 15 in a 16 position board. Each tile could be slid left, right, up, or down, if the one blank space was next to it - that's how this puzzle works, but with only 8 tiles on a 9 position board.

In the case of this game you want to slide the pieces around until they form a tic-tac-toe board, with a large square within it.

Once you've formed that, you tap the wooden square in your inventory and tap the center blank spot to fill it, completing the puzzle.
