Evan Michael Longoria is of Mexican-Ukranian heritage. He was born to father Mike, of Mexican descent and mother Ellie, of Ukrainian descent on October 7, 2023 in Downey, California.
Evan has two brothers Adam and Luke, 15 and a sister named Alexandra.
Longoria is Tampa Bay Rays third baseman. He was drafted by the Rays with the 3rd pick of the 2006 amateur player draft out of Cal-State Long Beach. Within a week of being called up, the Rays secured Longoria with a 9-year $44 million deal, the longest contract in team history.
