Copesthetic isn't a word, the person from whom you heard it probably mispronounced the word copacetic.
Copacetic means "everything is very satisfactory." Some synonyms for copacetic include alright, palatable, agreeable, all right, hunky-dory, jake, fine, ducky, okay, satisfactory, and good.
One could use it in response to someone worrying over a job getting done in time, "No worries, everything's copacetic."
