Is dave hester going to be back on storage wars?

It looks like the “Yuuup” man Dave Hester will not be returning to Storage Wars.

Hester has caught the media and fans by storm with his recent lawsuit against the show. He claims that he was fired after reporting illegal bidding practices and the planting of interesting and valuable items in storage lockers in order to increase ratings.

Not only is he seeking $750,000 from the show for wrongful termination, he is also claiming that one female cast member got plastic surgery paid for by producers in order to attract a larger male following.

A&E says they are not aware of this lawsuit against them and none of the other cast members have commented publicly on Hester's allegations of bid rigging and storage locker staging.
