Why is paul sr from orange county choppers suing his son?
Paul Sr. filed a dispute with the Supreme Court of NY against Paul Jr. over the right to exercise his Stock Options, which would permit him to buy out Junior's stake in OCC at a predetermined price (this is called a "Call" stock option, an option to Buy). The court decided that Paul Jr., could choose to either keep or sell his shares, and he's decided to sell them. With that settled, they shook hands and Sr. said he hoped there would be some healthy competition between OCC & Paul Jr. Designs.
