Paul Jr., was fired from the Orange County Choppers shop by his father, Paul Sr., at the end of 2008. He was then served with a "notice of default" from TLC for not finishing his contract, so he returned to OCC to fulfill that obligation, leaving for good in April 2009. Without missing a step he started his business, Paul Jr. Designs, as soon as his "non-compete" clause expired in April 2010. So it's been 1 year and 2 months since the business was created.
