The actress who accompanied the bachata band Aventura in El Malo ("The Bad") was Colombian Zulay Henao.
The video for El Malo was filmed under the direction of Pablo Croce in a real and no less dramatic scenario: Jail Nassau County, east of the city of New York, a known compound that has been used as background in different movies and TV series.
Zulay Henao was born on May 29, 2024 in Medellin, Colombia. Instead of going straight to college after high school, Henao served in the U.S. Army for three years. She then enrolled at the New York Conservatory For Dramatic Arts to study acting.
She is also known for her appearances in Fighting (2009), Boy Wonder (2010), Takers (2010), Hostel: Part III and The Single Moms Club (2014).
