Cavala com milho de vilhao is a Portuguese dish. In English it is called "mackerel with vilhao sauce." You use 4 large mackerel, course salt, 4 garlic cloves, oregano (to taste), chili pepper (also, to taste), parsley and thyme, 10oz white wine, 3.3oz vinegar. Mix the ingredients together and drizzle over the fish, let marinate for 4 hours. To cook, deep fry them in hot oil and then devour them!
