Is there really such thing as an “all you can eat” diet?
Dr. Pierre Dukan says that his 4 phase [Dukan Diet] (http://www.amazon.com/dp/0307887960?tag=kgbanswers-20) is an “all you can eat diet”. With his weight loss and maintenance plan you can eat as much you like of 100 proteins and veggies until satisfied. You must eat oat bran and protein in all phases. Eat only protein in the 1st phase. Add veggies to the 2nd phase. Include fruits and grains in the 3rd one. Maintain your weight goal in the 4th phase (stabilization) by following parts of the 1st 3 phases.
