Below are the steps on how to upload photos you have just taken with your mobile phone to your Facebook page:
- Using a smartphone (make sure that you've already downloaded the Facebook application), just take a picture, and you will be given the option to upload it to Facebook.
If you don’t have a smartphone, you can also send photos using a multimedia messaging service by attaching a picture to a new MMS message and e-mailing it to mobile@facebook.com.
Wait until you receive an email back from Facebook stating that the upload was successful and at the bottom of the email there will be a six character code (confirmation code) which you’ll be using to connect your mobile phone number with your Facebook profile.
Go to facebook.com/mobile then log in to your account. At the bottom left of the page, you will see the Activate Facebook Mobile heading. Under the Activate button, click on “Already have a confirmation code?” link.
- Type in the confirmation number that you had gotten in the text message from Facebook. You will then get a message saying your mobile phone has been confirmed.
That’s it! Log in to your account, and look for the special "upload" e-mail address assigned to you by Facebook. Save the upload e-mail address (unique to your account, and shouldn't be shared with anyone) in your contacts.
You can now e-mail pictures to your assigned e-mail address from your mobile phone and they will be placed in the mobile upload photo album and automatically posted to your Facebook page.
