sexual intercourse

“Sexual intercourse” can be defined as genital contact. The Bible’s fourth chapter (Genesis 4:1) begins with an account of sexual intercourse; that which created Cain and later, that which created Abel. The parameters concerning sex have been changing ever since. Americans apparently excel at this, with only 3% of the American population describing their sexual intercourse as “monotonous.” In comparison, the same response was confirmed by 26% of Indian citizens. Another survey reports the Portuguese as boasting an impressing 108 sessions of sexual intercourse per year on average. The human drive for sexual intercourse is thought to be heavily related to the human drive for reproduction and existence. By reproducing we live on in a new life we create. However, sexual intercourse is enjoyed by the entire spectrum of humankind. Reproduction as well as intimacy and recreation motivates our modern concept of sexual intercourse.
