If you're referencing it to the classic character of the 1941 Universal film, The Wolf Man, Carl Dreadstone (real name: Ramsey Campbell) published a 1977 novelization of the film, adapted from the screenplay by Curt Siodmak.
In 2010, Jonathan Maberry released a book which is another novelization of the classic horror, but this time is based on its 2010 remake of the same name.
There are other published written works about these shape-shifting man-wolves which do not relate their story to the said movie.
