White oblong pill with ip 190 and 500

An oval white pill with the imprint IP 190 on the front, and 500 on the back of it is 500mg of Naproxen (made by Akyma Pharmaceuticals).

Naproxen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID) agent that is used to treat mursitis, headache, aseptic necrosis, osteoarthritis, sciatica, pain, muscle pain, and ankylosing spondylitis, among other illnesses.

There is a low risk of abuse with this drug. This medication may pose a risk to an unborn fetus.

It may also create an increased risk of serious and sometimes fatal heart and blood vessel problems, as well as increasing the risk for stomach ulcers, or bleeding.
