While we found no official record dedicated to measuring NFL players shoe sizes, it has been revealed that Aaron Rodgers, even as a wispy ninth grader, was already sporting size-14 shoes.

According to research, the growth plates m@ture as puberty progresses and fuse and stop growing towards the end of this stage. The whole of the skeleton does not stop growing all together; hands and feet stop first, then arms and legs, with the last area of growth being the spine.
It has been found that between ages 12–17, a boy’s foot will only grow an additional 10% and girls only about 2%.
Being in ninth grade, Rodgers was about 15 at the time. It's possible that he's still with the size 14, or possibly a half size bigger in consideration of that additional 10%.
