Writer Robert Klane and director Ted Kotcheff were behind the 1989 cult-classic. The film stars Andrew McCarthy (as Larry Wilson) and Jonathan Silverman (as Richard Parker).
McCarthy reprised his role as Larry in Weekend at Bernie's II,' and continued to act throughout the '90s in films like 'Only You' and 'Mulholland Falls.'
Silverman is still best-known for his role in the Weekend at Bernie's' movies, but he continues to act -- like McCarthy, he also guest-starred on 'White Collar'. You may have seen him on 'Psych' and 'Hot in Cleveland.'
