Sources suggest that it is located at 155th and South Grove Rd. in Crown Point, Indiana.
Here's how to get there:
• Take Indiana Avenue to 153rd Avenue then east 2.25 miles.
• Go across I-65 and turn right on the next road to approximately 15501.
• It is hard to find but keep watching on the left side of road for the opening into the cemetery. If you get to the intersection you have missed it.
Although the cemetery lawn is clean and was newly mowed, the majority of the headstones have been destroyed by vandals as of August 12, 2009.
Reports from visitors to the cemetery include apparitions, a man with a shotgun chasing you off, blood on the bottom of your pants after visiting, bálls of light/orbs chasing you, noises, etc.
There's an urban legend that a group of Gypsies in the early 1800’s cast a spell on the area – a spell of protection and vengeance, cursing Crown Point and the land that is now “South East Grove Cemetery" - after they were kicked out of Crown Point.
