How old will OJ Simpson be when he's out of jail
The soonest O.J. Simpson will qualify for parole is in 2016, when he will be 69 years old. If he serves his full 33-year sentence, he will be 93 years old upon release. Simpson was denied a rehearing, but his co-defendant, Clarence Stewart, was allowed a rehearing and Stewart is currently out of prison on probation. Simpson is inmate #1027820 at the Lovelock Correctional Center in Nevada.
