Casey Anthony was sentenced to four years in jail. The years was served consecutively and included the time she has already served - she has been credited for 1,043 days already spent in jail at the time she was sentenced. She was also fined $1,000 for each count.

Anthony was released on July 17, 2023 - 12 days after she was convicted of four counts of lying to police and a day after she filed an appeal of those convictions.
