How do you get rid of neck pains?

Not Medical Advice: There are several things you can try to relieve neck pain. You can try OTC pain relievers such as aspirin, naproxen sodium (e.g. Aleve), acetaminophen (e.g. Tylenol), or ibuprofen (e.g. Advil). If the pain appears to be from inflammation, applying an ice pack for up to 20 minutes can help. If it's not due to inflammation, you can try a warm shower, or applying a heating pad on its low setting. Stretching by moving your neck in each direction & holding it for 30 seconds can help as well.
