Yes, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport has shops that sell tobacco. Try checking Duty Free Shops as they sell alcohol and tobacco products; they have one at E 12 (open from 7am to 10pm) and another at F Centerpoint (open from 8am to 10pm).

Please note that smoking is not generally permitted in public Airport areas of Hartsfield-Jackson. However, there are designated smoking areas inside the Airport.
