Khloe Kardashian filed for divorce on December 13, 2013, citing "irreconcilable differences." However, she called off their divorce after Odom was hospitalized in October 2015 following an overdose at a legal Nevada brothel.
She was a constant presence by his side in the hospital and has been helping him with his rehabilitation since his release. The reality star was also with Odom when he made his first official post-hospital appearance at Kanye West's Yeezy Season 3 fashion show in New York in February.
Just recently, Lamar Odom accompanied Khloe Kardashian and her family to Easter Sunday services at California Community Church in Agoura Hills, California.
As per US Magazine, while she insists that they haven't rekindled their relationship, Kardashian recently revealed on her talk show, Kocktails With Khloé, that she's open to starting over with Odom.
