Apple's iPhone comes with video chat built right in to the system. Every iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad 2 comes with FaceTime, a simple video chat that lets you see and talk to anyone else using an iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, or even a Mac, if their Mac came with FaceTime, or they've installed the FaceTime software. To make a call is as simple as tapping the FaceTime button in your Contacts list. If you have the iPhone 4S you can even use Siri and say things like "FaceTime with Mom" to begin a video chat.
