David Mueller, known professionally as "Jackson," is a radio DJ who has reportedly worked in the industry for 20 years.
He co-hosted the Denver country music station KYGO’s Ryno and Jackson show, as “Jackson”.
He previously worked in Minneapolis, Columbus and San Diego.
Mueller was invited to a meet and greet with Taylor Swift in June, 2013, during the pop star’s RED tour.
He then sued Taylor Swift, claiming £2.3m in damages for lost future business opportunities after being fired from the $150,000-a-year job.
But Taylor Swift counter-sued, claiming sexual assault.
