Who are Jacques four and five in a tale of two cities?

Ernest Defarge is said to be Jacques Four, a wine shopkeeper who is a former servant of Dr. Manette. Jacques Five is a mender of roads who tells Jacques #1-4 about the capture and execution of Gaspard.

Jacques One, Two, Three, and Four are members of the Jacquerie, the revolutionaries who organize and implement the French Revolution. The name comes from the nickname for 'peasants'. To maintain anonymity and to show solidarity, rebels called each other by the same name.
