Whats wrong with the providence mens basketball coach head and wats his career record as a coach
While Ed Cooley has not reported publicly on the matter, Mike Waters reported in 2012 in the Syracuse Post-Standard that Providence College basketball coach Ed Cooley has a skin condition that has caused the non-spreading hair loss on his head. Waters said that the condition goes back to when Cooley was as assistant coach at Boston College (1997-2006) but no comment on the exact cause.

Ed Cooley became the 15th head coach at Providence College on March 22, 2011. Cooley came to Providence College after spending 5 seasons as the head coach at Fairfield University.
In Cooley’s first season at Providence, he led the Friars to a 15-17 mark overall. The team posted a striking 11-3 mark in non-conference action, which included an 8-0 record at home. He guided the Friars to three true non-conference road wins and it marked the first time the squad had accomplished that achievement since BIG EAST was founded in 1979-80.
