What pill is little white and round and says 514 on one side and jsp on the other

Not Medical Advice: A round white pill with the imprint 514 on the front, and JSP on the back of it is 0.05mg of Levotabs (made by Pecos). Levotabs is a thyroid drug that is used to treat hashimoto's disease, post thyroid removal, tsh suppression, underactive thyroid, and hypothyroidism, among other illnesses. There is a low risk of abuse with this drug. This prescription-only medication is not proven to be a risk to an unborn fetus, but should be used only under a doctor's supervision.
