What is the name of Jeff Dunham's oldest character?

The oldest puppet of ventriloquist Jeff Dunham (born Jeffrey Dunham on 4/18/1962 in Dallas, Texas) is Walter; Walter is a crotchety old retired man that complains about his wife, and always has his arms crossed to show his discontent with, well, everything.

Dunham actually created not only the character of Walter but he also created the puppet he uses; Walter is not store bought.

Dunham's been doing stand-up comedy since the 1980s, and made his debut on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson in 1990, actually being invited to the couch to chat with Carson after his performance (not many comics got that honor), though it wasn't until 2006 that he got his first TV special.

Right now Dunham is doing a North American tour, scheduled to run through April of 2013.
