What happens if I get Raid bug spray on my skin?

Not Medical Advice: Exposure, prolonged or repeated contact of Raid Commercial Insect Killer may cause irritation, drying/defatting of skin.

If this happens, wash off immediately with plenty of water. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Get medical attention if irritation develops and persists. Wash clothing before reuse.

If it buzzes, squeaks, eats your azaleas and has more legs than you do, chances are you don't want it creeping around your house. Blasting unwanted critters with a potent poison may seem like a satisfying solution to your pest problem, but the same stuff that's toxic to pests is often toxic to people, too -- especially kids. Check out some alternatives to toxic pesticides that will protect the health of your household, while keeping insects, rodents and other pests at bay at nrdc.org.
