What does the emoji with two open hands in the air and the thumbs touching mean?

In emoji symbols, hands next to each other, thumbs touching, means “Person Raising Both Hands in Celebration.” It is used normally when one is winning at something.

Emoji from Japanese Pictogram (絵文字, read えもじ) (pl. emoji) are the small pictures you can put on your texts. The word dates back to the initial Japanese mobile phones. With the iPhone's excess of icons, the word "emoji" became well-known, as it was what the keyboard was named. It is made of two components, E (絵 )and Moji (文字), meaning "picture" and "letter" respectively.

It is also a line of tiny Japanese pictographs that can be deployed like letters and they are reportedly the best, most cryptic form of communication.

According to PSFK news, Emojify is an app that turns your camera photos into an emoji collage or mosaic. Created by Singapore-based developer Voidworks, the app allows users to select random photos from their image library or take new photos and turn them into an ASCII-style image composed of emoji, which is the Japanese term for ideograms and emoticons.
