OPP AVG means Opponents’ Batting Average.
According to MLB, to get the AVG, divide the total number of hits allowed by the pitcher by the total number of opponent at-bats. For example, if Curt Schiling allows 237 hits in 967 opponent at-bats, his opponents' batting average is .245 (237/967).
