What does H.O.C. stand for in Kendrick Lamar's song?

In Kendrick Lamar's song, H.O.C. stands for “High Off Contact”. In this song, he is talking about his experiences as a non-smoker but since he’s in the studio where pretty much everybody smokes, he gets "high off contact" from the secondhand smoke.
