On the show Moonshiners, did the boys get in trouble after telling all their secrets?

No, the boys from Discovery Channels TV "reality" show Moonshiners haven't gotten into any trouble after airing all their secrets on national television.

While it's possible we may see an arrest at some point in the show, the thing to remember is that while Discovery is portraying the show as "reality" it is in fact not, it is a dramatization; the crews are not filming real events but are recording staged events.

Folks in Virginia were up in arms over the fact that their local law enforcement was apparently doing nothing to stop the "illegal 'shine," but Spokeswoman for the Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control Kathleen Shaw told The Associated Press that "the show is a dramatization, and no illegal liquor is actually being produced."

Regardless of whether it's real or staged, the series is a hit! Moonshiners' season finale broke its previous record for viewers, drawing some 3.65 million fans to watch the episode, and taking the #1 spot for cable TV that night.
