Is jenny, jeff lewis' executive assistant @ jeff lewis design from the show flipping out, still employed there or was she fired?

We suspect that Executive Assistant Jenni Pulos is on the outs with Flipping Outas Lewis is reportedly suing Pulos alleging she violated a confidentiality agreement by writing her tell-all book.

Lewis has asked a judge to place an injunction against Pulos because he is afraid the book may reveal private information and trade secrets. Lewis claims that her book does not breach her contract and feels like she is being bullied by her boss.

Pulos and Lewis have always had a strained relationship with Pulos referring to Lewis as intense and crazy. The pair have even attempted therapy to repair their business relationship!

In the season finale that aired on November 27, 2012, Gage encouraged Jeff to try to work things out with Jenni, and Zoila fretted that Jenni is going to get fired. Jenni got teary during the finale saying she wants to repair her friendship with Jeff even if it means they no longer can work together.
