Does Molina healthcare or IEHP have better service's?

According to the performance evaluation report done by the The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), IEHP was favored over Molina Healthcare.

Overall, IEHP achieved average performance during the review period, providing high quality, accessible, timely health care services to its MCMC members. IEHP made some improvements in its performance measures rates in 2010 compared with 2009 rates, with only one measure’s rate declining.

The plan was generally compliant with documentation requirements across performance measures, QIPs, and State and federal requirements; however, the plan experienced some challenges with developing corrective action plans to fully resolve performance review deficiencies.

Molina demonstrated average to below average performance in providing quality, timely, and accessible health care services to its MCMC members.

Overall performance for Molina on the HEDIS measures declined, with no measures achieving the HPL in 2010 compared with four in 2009. Molina, however, showed improvement in Bre@st Cancer Screening, and Riverside and San Bernardino counties reported fewer rates below the MPL compared with 2009 results.
